This 9 pounder was caught on Piedmont Lake near Pine Mountain Georgia.
Ed, a resident of Piedmont, was fishing a Berkley Power Jig on an
ultralight Spinning Rod and Reel rig. He was fishing in about 7 feet
of water in March of '96. Piedmont is known for its smaller largemouth
bass, 1 to 2 pounds, so a catch like this is definately worth bragging
about!!
