Post Mortem for Bench Markers
Despite a productive display from their forwards, the Bench Markers went down in the opening clash against the classy Suicidal Maniacs.
Coach was quoted as saying, "We have to have a good look at the selection table decisions ... Players who sat out the game on the bench could have made the difference on the day.
(Both D.White and D.Milburn kicked goals )."
"We'll be looking to our half-back and backs to provide more drive to assist, and hopefully, big Brett Spinks will be ready for selection soon."
To add further salt into the open wounds, match winners for the opposition ,Carey and Hocking , will be forced to miss SLF round 2 with injuries and suspension.
Recruiting scouts have been active this week for the match against GeeDees. An improved showing is expected.
