Fallbrook Associated Swim Team is a U.S. Swimming associated club located in Fallbrook, California. The club consists of 80-100 swimmers, from novices to AAAA level, that practice and compete year-round. F.A.S.T. practices at Fallbrook High School's swimming facility, which includes a 6-lane 25 yard competition pool and a 20 yard diving and warmup pool.
