For this, you need:
3lbs, of Cow's liver, 20 oz. cottage cheese, 5 carrots, cheese grater, fryin pan.

How to:
First, cook your Cow's liver (it's better if it's fresh and not store bought) for 20 minutes in your fryin' pan. Take the tub of cottage cheese with a knife and spread it on the cooked liver. Make sure every square inch is soppin wet with white, lumpy goodness. Then, take the carrots and over a bowl, rub them on the cheese grater. Then with the carrots in the bowl, sprinkle them on the cottage cheese. Promptly move the smothered liver to the freezer and let sit for 5 hours. Remove and ENJOY!
