FROM THE DRAGON'S MOUTH...
Barry Town v Rhayader
WELCOME
Good afternoon, and welcome to Jenner Park for today's League of Wales match between Barry Town A.F.C.and Rhayader Town. On behalf of everyone at the club, I would like to extend greetings to everyone at today's match, but especially to the players, officials and supporters of Rhayader. We hope that you enjoy your time in Barry, and that we all see an entertaining match this afternoon, as is usual in games between our two clubs.
CROESO
Croeso i Barc Jenner a'r gem bwysig yn y Gynghrair Genedlaethol. Ar ran pawb yn y dref, hoffwn i estyn croeso cynnes i'r chwaraewyr, swyddogion a chefnogwyr ein ymwelwyr heddiw, Clwb Pel-Droed Rheadr. Mwynhewch y gem, ac yn cael siwrnai ddiogel adref heno.
LEAGUE OF WALES CUP REPLAY
After our 2-2 draw at Caersws in the League of Wales Cup ten days ago, we play them here at Jenner Park this coming Tuesday (7:30 p.m. kick off). Ticket prices are the usual 4/2. For more information on Caersws, see the 'In Town Next' preview.
CLEAN GAME, TODAY?
The publication of the Association of Badge Collectors League of Wales Fair Play Award shows that both of today's sides have nearly the best disciplinary records in the League of Wales this season.
At the top (i.e with the fewest bookings/sendings-off etc), Barry are joint first, technically behind Afan Lido on alphabetical order! Rhayader are just below us in third. Let's hope that no-one spoils their team's good record today!
