Week 8 Predictions

HK (3-4) vs GS (3-4):
Well this looks like it is going to be a great matchup. In week 1 these 2 teams fought down to the wire and GS earned a close victory. Well folks look for that to happen again this week. Now before you say that I am swayed by my close affiliation to the GS franchise lets review the facts. Neil Odonnell Sucks. Edwards NE has been great this year but he plays against the tough Mia D this week. Look for him to go without a TD and have a few yards this week. Also look for Rison to have a tough time vs Pit on Monday night... If he has a big game HK will pull out a victory. From the GS side of the ball...Erik Kramer sucks. (just not as much as Odonnell) Watters and Kaufman have been the runny shits all year. Look for them to only get better as the year goes on. The GS WR's are something special and they will show that this week, leading the team to victory.
Final Score: GS 119 and HK 109

DDB (6-1) vs LR (3-4):
Who would have thought after losing to the LR in week 1 that DDB would be 6-1 going into the rematch? Not me. But here are some facts on why DDB is so good. Young SF, Davis Den, Faulk Ind & Anderson Atl have been solid all year, like that nice foot long morning stool that we all want to start the day unloading. I mean they have been rock solid but not breakable like one of those cluster shits. Perfectly stable and solid... They have been the perfect turd making Doo Doo Brown a powerhouse this year. Alright enough with the Turd talk. Lets look at the keys to the game. The LR lineup has some soft spots in it (see Amp Lee & Brown Oak) but all in all they are solid. Look for Brown Oak to have a decent week vs Cin and also look for Dunn TB to be huge on the turf this week in New Orleans. DDB is missing one of the pieces in the perfect turd. Faulk is out (not with turf toe...he has a bye) and so is Irvin (bye). Look for DDB to miss both of these players when Davis Den has his first bad week (scoring a 15). LR will pick up the surprise victory and possibly soften the stool.
Final Score: LR 127* and DDB 125

AH (2-5) vs DC (3-4):
Well in week 1 AH saw DC just unleash and was left asking what happened. DC just kicked the snot out of the Aces. Well this week both owners are so pissed about their teams that each of them has vowed not to watch any games on Sunday. Rumor has it the DC owner will be drinking White Russians in some undisclosed location. Well the Aces are faced with some really bad bye week issues this week along with the practice related injury to Thigpen. The Aces are without Allen Was, Smith Dal, Harrison Ind, Sanders Ari & Thigpen Ten and not having those players has forced the owner to start the Bennett brothers. (which can't make him happy) But buck up little camper. You are playing the only team in this league that may score less than you this week. DC is starting the standard mystery second RB. I mean there are not many choices on that team until Levens comes back. Favre has looked like shit but he is putting up decent fantasy numbers. I look for DC to have enough this week to pull out the victory.
Final Score: DC 57 and AH 55
Total Scores minus the 2 QB's DC 28 and AH 25

G (5-2) vs FFF (3-4):
In week 1 FFF pulled out the big victory. Since then G has looked really good. Well FFF needs a win this week and he has got his guys ready to play but look for G to be too tough. Here is why: Elway is good and will have a nice day vs. Jac who will by trying to stop the run so Cunningham will only outscore him by 5. Martin, Dillon and Smith Min will be good for 60 points when Bettis, Lane & Jabbar are good for about 40. After that the FFF WR's are not strong enough to pull out the win. I like G in the K & Def matchups so I see a victory for Godzilla making the keeper of the lizard very happy.
Final Score: G 115 and FFF 101

Standings after this week:
DDB 6-2
G 6-2
DC 4-4
GS 4-4
LR 4-4
HK 3-5
FFF 3-5
AH 2-6
