legs, steps over the victim's body turning them on their
stomach and pulls back applying pressure to the victim's
back. If the victim is on their stomach, the attacker
grabs one of the victim's legs and pulls backwards
applying pressure to the victim's back.

on their stomach. The attacker traps the arm of the
victim by putting it behind their knee and kneeling down.
The attacker then applies a half crab.

and pulls it behind their back. The attacker pulls up on
