SATANIC SKULL MATCH
by: David Barnes
340 Skyview Dr.
Vandalia, OH 45377-2239

DESCRIPTION: This match was created by Thantos long before he be-
came a fan favorite. (Cannibal was rumored to have a
hand in it, as well.) The turnbuckles in this match
are replaced by metal skulls. The wrestlers have
chains strapped to their wrists with a metal skull at-
tached to the end. The object of the match is to have
your opponent beaten so badly that he must submit.

RULES:

1. Obviously, no DQ's, count-outs, managers, valets, or
ringside allies.

2. Use CAGE pin ratings. When your opponent's CAGE rating
reaches or goes beyond 25, he submits and loses the
match. After each PIN, increase the CAGE rating by 2.
Use 1d30 to determine pinfalls and submissions.

3. For this match, you'll need a pair of skull dice. They
are regular 6-sided dice in which the ones are re-
placed by skulls. If you don't have a pair, it's OK to
use a regular pair of dice, but remember that rolling
a "1" is the same as rolling "skulls." The skulls only
come into play on the charts below.

4. When (c) or (ch) is rolled, substitute SMASH OPPONENT
WITH SKULL ON END OF CHAIN--PIN(+3).

5. Substitute the basic charts with the following charts
below. (S/S, S/2, etc., refer to if a skull is rolled,
regardless of whatever the number is.)

6. Both wrestlers will be injured after this match. The
losing wrestler is injured for 2d30 fight cards. The
winner is injured for half the length, rounding frac-
tions up.

S/S through S/6 HEAD SLAMMED INTO METAL SKULL. ROLL PIN (+2).

4-12 You are whipped into the skulls. OPPONENT
ROLLS ON LEVEL 3 OFFENSE.

[INTO THE ROPES:]

S/S, S/2 As you come off the ropes, your opponent
swings his chain and slams the metal skull in-
to your stomach. While you are doubled over,
he wraps the chain around his fist and clubs
you in the back of the head with the metal
skull. ROLL PIN (+3)

S/3, S/4, S/5 Your opponent sets up for a back-body drop as
you bounce off the ropes, but you alertly
swing the chain like a golf club and smack the
skull into his forehead. OPPONENT ROLLS PIN
(+3).

S/6 As you bounce off the ropes, both you and your
opponent accidently club the referee's head
with your skulls. NO PINS OR SUBMISSIONS FOR
25 OFFENSIVE MOVES.

4-5 You shoulder tackle your opponent as you come
off the ropes. ROLL ON LEVEL 2 OFFENSE.

6-8 You leap-frog your opponent. ROLL AGAIN. (This
may only be rolled once. If you roll it again,
roll again for new instructions.)

9-11 As you come off the ropes, your opponent sends
you through the air with a bone-crunching back
body drop. OPPONENT ROLLS ON LEVEL 2 OFFENSE.

12 Your opponent sets himself up for a back-body
drop, but you deliver a sunset flip and cover.
OPPONENT ROLLS PIN.

[OUT OF THE RING:]

S/S, S/2, S/3 Your opponent climbs out of the ring and at-
tempts to ram your head into the security
railing, but you block it and send his head in
instead. You roll his carcass back into the
ring and go for the kill. ROLL ON LEVEL 3 OF-
FENSE.

S/4, S/5 Your opponent dives off the top turnbuckle to
deliver a double-axhandle blow, but you alert-
ly swing the chain up, and the metal skull
cracks his jaw. You roll him back into the
ring and make a cover. OPPONENT ROLLS PIN
(+1).

S/6 As you pick yourself up off the floor, your
opponent comes flying out of the ring with the
chain wrapped around his arm and delivers a
deadly clothesline to your throat. He rolls
you back into the ring and goes for the cover.
ROLL YOUR PIN.

4 Your opponent leaps through the ropes to try a
cross-body block, but you drop to the floor,
and he smacks the security railing. You toss
him back into the ring and go for the kill.
ROLL ON LEVEL 3 OFFENSE.

5-6 You set up your opponent for a backbreaker,
then ram his back into the ring post. You toss
him back into the ring and continue your as-
sault. ROLL ON LEVEL 3 OFFENSE.

7 You crawl back into the ring, where your op-
ponent begins stomping on your lower back. OP-
PONENT ROLLS ON LEVEL 3 OFFENSE.

8-10 Your opponent comes out of the ring and rams
your head into the ring post, then tosses you
back in the ring and goes for his finisher.
OPPONENT ROLLS ON LEVEL 3 OFFENSE.

11-12 Your opponent climbs out of the ring and whips
you into the security railing, then tosses you
back into the ring and moves in for the kill.
OPPONENT ROLLS ON LEVEL 3 OFFENSE.

[DEATHJUMP:]

S/S Your opponent leaps off the top turnbuckle for
a flying headbutt, but it's not your skull he
connects with; you had rolled out of the way
and his head hit your metal skull. OPPONENT
ROLLS PIN (+4).

S/2, S/3, S/4 Your opponent dives off the ropes and swings
his chain at your head, but you roll out of
the way and his metal skull bounces off the
mat and clobbers him in the head as he comes
down. OPPONENT ROLLS PIN (+1).

S/5, S/6 Your opponent grabs the metal skull in his
hand and dives off, then slams it into your
head. ROLL PIN (+2).

4-6 Your opponent tries a moonsault body press,
but as he comes off the ropes, you alertly
bring your knees up, jamming them into his ab-
domen. ROLL ON LEVEL 3 OFFENSE.

7-8 Your opponent hits you with a cross-body block
and covers you. ROLL YOUR PIN.

9-12 Your oponent nails you with a falling headbutt
off the top turnbuckle. ROLL YOUR PIN.
