The Rules
To start making your character, you’ll first need to choose his weight class : Heavy Weight or Cruiser Weight.
Once this is done, you can spend Efficiency Dots (ED’s) to determine which columns on the below charts you’ll roll on.
One ED into a category will usually grant you minimal scores, while three ED’s (the maximum) will tend to produce some of the “upper-end” scores.  Two dots is average. One Ed = one * in the charts.

YOU RECEIVE 15 Efficiency Dots to allocate to the following categories :
        * Level One Offense                             * Level Three Defense
        * Level Two Offense                             * Names
        * Level Three Offense                           * Chart Ratings (Into the ropes, etc.)
        * Level One Defense                             * Misc. Ratings (DQ, Pw, Ag, etc.)
        * Level Two Defense

       Note: EACH CATEGORY MUST HAVE AT LEAST ON ED PUT INTO IT. One Star = 1ED
The charts require a twenty sided dice which can be purchased at any hobbie store!!
