Slam (Oz)
- Description : The attacker lifts up the victim over their
shoulder in aninverted shoulder rack. The attacker then
spins around a few times andthen tosses the victim in the
air dropping them to the mat.

- Description : Attacker applies an armwringer/wristlock so
that they areholding the victim's arm over their
shoulder. The Attacker wrenches thearm in an attempt to
hyperextend the elbow.

- Description : This is a common Martial Arts throw.
Attacker has the victim's arm over their shoulder and
stands with their back to the victim,the attacker throws
the victim over by pulling on the victim's arm and
leaning foward, lifting the victim off the ground and
dropping them ontheir back.

- Description : The attacker grabs the victims arm by the
wrist. Theattacker twists the victim's arm over the
attackers head and spins itaround.

- Description : Attacker stands behind and slights to the
side of thevictim. Attacker grabs the victim's midsection
with one arm and hooks oneof the victim's legs with the
other. The attacker lifts the victim upover their
shoulder so the victim is parrallel to the mat.
Attackerkneels slighting and drops the victim's tailbone
first on the attacker's knee.

- Description : The attacker is facing the victim. The
attacker grabs thevictim around the waist with both arms,
sometimes hooking both the victim's legs. The attacker
lifts the victim up, the attacker keels anddrops the
victim tailbone (or crotch) first across the bent knee of
theattacker.

- Description : The attacker lifts up the victim as if they
are going to give them an atomic drop, but instead of
dropping them on their knee, the attacker throws them in
the air so the victim lands on their back.
