Rabies is a brawler and a high flyer in one.  He is a former cruiser
weight champ and tag team champ.  His finisher the DEATH VALLY DRIVER is
very dangerous and has injured many.  It involves him picking you up over
his shoulders like a firemans carry, jumping up, then sitting down on the
matt while flipping you over off of his shoulders and onto your head.

A. HALCÓN ORO [GOLDEN HAWK] (by: [email protected])

Guadalajara, Mexico...215 lbs...5'10"
Finisher: AVE DE RAPIÑA - With his opponent dazed in the center of the
ring,
Oro climbs to the top rope. He then leaps off, wraps his legs around the
opponent's head, performing a huricarana. Oro then grabs and holds onto
the
opponent's legs to form a pin position.

Bio: Finally, here comes the GWF's first official Mexican Luchador star!
Halcón Oro has captured titles in almost every imaginable wrestling
federation in Mexico, and in several weight classes. Oro quickly became
bored
with defending and winning titles night after night, and yearned for new
competition. He finally decided to become involved in the two top
federations
in the galaxy: the GWF and the CPC.
Oro has decided to go it alone for now, showing no allegiance to
anyone. He
may hook up with a team eventually, but for now he wants to check out the
competition, and see what his fellow wrestlers are really like. Oro has
already turned down offers from Lord Nexus, Darkos, and Magnus Colby
himself.
Oro has no loyalty to either the GWF or CPC, though he will wrestle on
either
federation's card. He may latch onto a team once he has studied the
personalities and styles of his possible teammates.
Oro is a very outspoken young man. He has extreme confidence, and
some
may say even arrogance. He's not above trash-talking with opponents, or
reminding the galaxy of his past accomplishments. While Oro may be
arrogant at
times, he still strongly believes in fair play and clean wrestling. Oro
won't
resort to brawling tactics or cheating unless provoked, or in a match
with a
very hated opponent. He possesses some of the most amazing high-flying
moves
to ever hit the GWF. He'll think nothing of performing a diving plancha
onto
an opponent outside the ring, or performing springboards off the ring
ropes.
He's also a very scientific wrestler, who can mat wrestle when necessary.
While he is very agile, he still lacks the speed and quick reflexes to
put him
in the class of Enigma or Prodigy. His sole goal at this point is to
capture
the CPC cruiser weight or a GWF secondary title. He knows he's not quite
Galactic Title calibre just yet.

B.  A Review of CPC 2106 (by: [email protected])

Overall
I think this is one of the best sets in a while!  I used 9 out of
the 10 (did not use Brainstorm) of the new guys in my federation of
forty.  That means that I had to take out 9 guys.  This wasn't that hard
since I decided to have all wrestlers whose card was from 1994 or earlier
to retire (before now, the cut date was a card before 1992).
Wrestlers
Paragon-This is the man!  +5 finisher (with a 50/50 chance and if
he misses it, then he just roles again on level three offense! Some
disadvantage!).  Chaos better watch out!
Chaos-Of course he's worse without his Alpha Stone.  But this
shows that he doesn't REALLY need it.  To dominate anything, you would
need some special power.  But I think Chaos will still dominate in some
aspects.  Just as long as he watches his back!
Velar The Great-Almost mistook her for a man!  That face won't
get her into ANY Beauty Contests!  But she is tough and I think that the
Women's Championship belt is in danger!
Blizzard-Back and better.  Is he at his prime yet?  I doubt it.
This man is back but wants to team with the person he injured!  Can they
trust him?  What is going through his mind?
Painmaster-Ah, yes.  A new card and with it, well... his attitude
really didn't change.  But the Colonizers thinks he's in for some gold!
Dark Justice-Mediocre is one word that sums it up.  But none of
these are really bad.  They are worthy of entering any league.
Vigilante-YES! He's back! He was banned from my league because he
was too old.  Now I can use his abilities to once again take belts!  He's
on the top of my recruiting list, next to Paragon and Chaos.
Brainstorm-The only one not worthy enough to enter my league.
Come on, this is a man's war!  You don't see Amazonia helping Wolf with
his maneuvers, do you?  Come on smart guy, give it up.
Lycosa-AWESOME!  This guy will make a great tag-team partner for
none other than... GENOCIDE! YES, these two will wreak HAVOC!  Too bad
Genocide will be retiring soon.  He's ranked the best wrestler in my
league! But with guys like Paragon and Chaos, that might change.
Talon-A little different in my league, Talon is a Villain and
Lycosa is a Hero.  They are not feuding, at least not yet.  Talon is
definitely worthy of being in any league!
Special Edition that I ordered:
Whoa, a lot of Managers!  Just keep them out of the basic set
because I want REAL Wrestlers.  I don't have managers in my league, just
a leader of the group.
Janus the Overman-I've been waiting to get my hands on this card!
He's teaming with Vigilante and they are both Heros!  Just goes to show
how much different every federation can be.  I like originality, and my
league as close as you can get to it without having ALL the wrestlers
created by yourself!
Vertigo-Well, I thought it was going to be a wrestling card, but
he is manager.  Well, if you look at his picture, it doesn't look like
he's injured.  So I drew him a little back and now he's a wrestler in my
league!
Storyline
The first four pages (before the Press Conference starts) is very
important.  Some of this stuff is essential to what happens in the press
conferences.
CPC went first, maybe because they bought someone off.  If you
ask me, they are just buying wrestlers from the GWF and saying that they
are the best federation.  When in fact, it's the wrestler from the GWF
that are making it great!  I think CPC should look into some rookies.
All they want to do is buy out the GWF!
The attack on Wolf was shocking.  Right now, Wolf can't do
anything about it.  He needs more allies.  Terminus has the whole
Penthouse Suite behind him!
The Outcasts are looking to go back to the GWF.  It doesn't look
like CPC cares.
In GWF, Chaos is pissed and is losing members because of it.
When the StormTroopers offered an alliance, Chaos shut them down.  I
think this was a good idea, but then again, there is power in numbers.
The Heros of the GWF are all teaming up to fight the CPC.  Max
Shield has even offered to help Star Warrior and Commander Sam in
defeating the CPC!
The Colonizers have the same objectives, but first, they want to
take out the GWF!  Boy, that Mandrill is power hungry!  I wouldn't trust
Blizzard.  I think Genesis is in for another shock.  It's a conspiracy
all created by Mandrill (not Nefarus) to thin out Genesis.  Whatever
happens,  I know that Shield and Steele are safe because of their
abilities.  This just leaves one man... Wraith.
The Centaurians and Brymstone Burning almost got into a war!  I
was looking forward to it, but Blazing Skull just stood there and watched
Blade throw switchblades at him.
W.A.R. vs. Gladiators is too amazing to put into words!  If you
want to see what's going on, buy and read CPC 2106!  It's on page 16 and
I wouldn't blame you if you turned right to it!!
Hitmen for Hire is going down the tubes.  I've never liked the
Rocketmen and Savage Kingdom, in my eyes, only have Vyper going for them.
I've always respected The Fighting Titans.  Now I actually like the
Masked Assassins because of Lycosa!  Pulsar has a shocking announcement
and there is another one that follows it!  It seems like the Heros are
doing what Mandrill did in CPC 2105.  They are combining to fight for the
common cause; defeat CPC!  Even The Fighting Titans have gave their
promise to Star Warrior and Commander Sam to aid them!
Without a Commissioner, the GWF is in bad shape.  These
federation wars are being lost by GWF because CPC has the money to buy
out (or as I call it become) the GWF.  When will it stop?  Maybe Colby
and Pelf will find a tax leak and owe their fortune.  Then the grounds
would be even.  No matter what, this will lead to an interesting war.
Closing Statements
I think this was written very well and it kept me interested the
whole way through!  I would like to thank Tom for coming up with this
twice every year.  I would also like to negate the statement that I made
before when I said I wouldn't play until summer.  I playing again and I'm
loving it!  The Prime Wrestling Federation is back!

4. New Matches!
A. Terrorists Attack Chart (by: [email protected])

CPC 2016 brought us the Wolf Wildman attack chart.  I was
thinking, who deserves an attack chart more?  It would have to be the
Terrorists.  Just look at what carnage Draconian Sheik has already
caused.

You can use this chart to abrupt a match or an interview!

Roll Result

2 Draconian Sheik loses it and does the Sadistic Use of a Sharp
object too many times on the person's face that  he attacks! THE PERSON
WILL BE INJURED FOR 1 YEAR AND WILL HAVE TO UNDERGO PLASTIC SURGERY (It's
up to you promoter!  Will the injured person come back with a new face?
Or will he never come back from shame?)  DRACONIAN SHEIK FACES
SUSPENSION.  Roll on your Commissioner's Chart to find out, or if you
don't have one, you decide!

3-5 Draconian Sheik says, "That's it!" and does a Draconian
Backbreaker.  THE MATCH ENDS IN ADISQUALIFICATION.  THE ATTACKED IS
INJURED FOR ONE CARD.  Draconian Sheik walks away thinking he's finished
his job.
YOUR CHOICE: (do this option if you think the person who lost the
match doesn't like the Sheik)
Roll Two dice:
1-5 The loser attacks the Sheik!  SHEIK WILL BE INJURED FOR 1
CARD.  WHEN THE SHEIK RETURNS, HE WILL HAVE A MATCH WITH THE ATTACKER.
6-8 The loser  decides it's not worth it and takes the loss.
9-12 The loser attacks the Sheik!  The Sheik is ready; he takes
the loser and throws him over his head.  The loser lands on the
thin padded concrete.  The Sheik is not finished;  he takes the loser and
slams hisface head first into the bike rack.  LOSER MUST ROLL ON THE
INJURY CHART.  THE SHEIK WALKS OFF.

6-7 The Sheik attacks and it ends up in a brawl! Roll one die:
EVEN ROLL-The Sheik comes out on top and pummels the wrestler.
THE MATCH ENDS UP IN A DRAW.  NO INJURIES OR SUSPENSIONS.
ODD ROLL-The person being attacked reverses the situation!  After
repeatedly punching the Sheik, he throws him over the rope.  Khan and
Sade take the Sheik away.  The match continues with the person who was
not attacked on Level 2 Offense.

8-9 The Sheik enters the ring and there is a huge brawl between
everyone!
Roll two dice to find out what happens!
1-4 The Sheik attacks the chosen one and puts him down.  The
opponent decides to attack the Sheik!  The Sheik puts him down
also!  The Sheik takes turns attacking each wrestler until the referees
break it up.  BOTH WRESTLERS ARE INJURED FOR TWO CARDS.  THE MATCH IS
CALLED A DRAW AND WILL BE FOUGHT WHEN THE WRESTLERS RETURN... IN A CAGE
MATCH!  THE SHEIK WALKS OFF WITHOUT PENALTY.
6-8 The Sheik throws the designated person into the ropes and
knocks out the referee!  The opponent takes advantage of the situation
and helps The Sheik double team the wrestler!  The Sheik leaves, the
referee wakes up, and the OPPONENT (one who wasn't attacked) GOES FOR THE
PIN.  THE ATTACKED RECEIVES TWO MORE FATIGUE TOKENS.
9-12 The attacked turns it around on the Sheik!  His opponent
decides to join in!  Both wrestlers pummel the Sheik and finally
throw him out of the ring where paramedics take him away.  THE SHEIK MUST
ROLL ON THE INJURY CHART.  THE MATCH GOES ON AS NOTHING HAPPENED WHERE
EVER IT LEFT OFF.

10-11 The attacked turns the situation around and attacks the
Sheik.  While his opponent watches, he fights the Sheik.  There
is little done to the attacked and the SHEIK IS INJURED FOR 2 FIGHT
CARDS.  THE ATTACKED GETS ONE FATIGUE TOKEN AND HIS OPPONENT ROLLS ON
LEVEL THREE OFFENSE.

12 It's Draconian Sheik's worse nightmare!  Rumor of his attack
was spreading and the targeted was ready. All of his allies showed and
gave The Sheik a lesson.  Khan and Sade got in there fast enough to limit
the injuries.  The allies laugh as they watch The Sheik getting carried
away and follow.  THE MATCH CONTINUES AS NORMAL.  THE SHEIK MUST ROLL TWO
DICE TO FIND OUT HOW MANY CARDS HE IS INJURED FOR.

5. Closing Comments

Thanks to all who participated!  If anyone can, please send a
Promoter Spotlight.  We haven't had one of those in a while.  All you
have to do is tell us about your federation; it's past, present, and
predicted future.  As always, keep pumping those articles out!  As
always, tell me what you think!

Sincerely,

Joe Jaczewski
