Finisher-Nebula Strike is where Nebula sunset flips his opponent and
tries for a well
deserved pin.

A quiet man no one knows why he has entered the GWF.   He rebuffs all
interview attempts.   He doesn't have much experience but shows promise.
He often shows up and takes notes during wrestlers' matches and then
suddenly leaves.    Will we find out anymore about this mysterious
wrestler?

2. Promoter Articles
A. Courtney Morris ([email protected]) reports: "Raven and D3000
talk!"

Qualitar- Today we have the legendary duo of Raven and D3000. I must
say, the two of you are like the backbone of EGW.
Raven- Thanks Q.
D3000- Your comments are well deserved, heh heh.

Qualitar- It's been a long ride for you in EGW Raven. Tell us about some
of your craziest experiences.
Raven- Man that list is long! I was the 1st ever EGW Universal Champ. I
fought for that belt in the 1st 28 cards of EGW. After winning it for
the 8th time I started feeling like no one could send me to the prelims.
Then came Card 28. A wrestler who had been a dominant GWF competitor,
but was excluded from EGW's inaugural year(first 24 cards) earned his
1st Universal title shot. This was the test. Raven vs Chaos,The Main
Event!
Qualitar- I remember that well Ray. A packed house that night. Your wife
and kids had front row.
Raven- Yep. And I beat that slacked jaw yokel!
All three laugh.
Raven- Ha ha yeah it was at that time that I decided to hang up my title
reigns. I mean in 28 of 28 cards I never fought in the prelims! There
were more opponents. Different guys you know?
D3000- That's one of my least favorite moments Ray. Let's move on.

More of Raven's interview at a later date.....

B. Courtney Morris': "Extreme Mindsteam" Report by "Agent Morris"

This is Agent  Morris with an unbiased view on COTG from EGW eyes. Let's
start shall we? I have some respect for Janus. I hate Matador. I hate
Pegasus. The Gladiators are a bunch o' crooks. Heracles has come a long
way in EGW. From mid-level star to prime time player. The hatred for
Chaos is universal. Alpha Force is a cry baby. Well, that's all the space
I'll give those dogs. Let's talk about the most celebrated agency in the
history of this sport.....The Morris Agency!!!!

1. Raven
What can't be said about this man! 15-time EGW Universal Champ(record),
current Lone Star Champ, 9 or 10 time Milky Way Champ, former TV Champ.
All-time most envied.

2. Max Shield
His skills are respected throughout the EGW. Has some of the most
memorable performances in league history. Former Universal, Milky Way,
TV, and Lone Star Champ. Once had 14, yes 14, tokens in a Bunkhouse
Match, and still managed to eliminate Janus and Heracles! Knowing he was
near death, he wisely eliminated himself and got medical attention.
Whatta great guy!

3. Colossus
Current TV Champ. Won belt at the last card defeating Vengeance with the
Heltah Skeltah. Had every singles belt, just like Max and Ray.
A loner who doesn't affiliate himself with the Chumps of The Galaxy.

4. Painmaster
A personal favorite of Agent Morris. Tough as nails. Can't seem to
win a title, but terrorizes the prelims. Once had 9 nine tokens in a
miraculous comeback win over Jack O.D. in a barbed wire cage!

That's my time fans. I'll be back next issue with more........EXTREME
MINDSTEAM!!! (closing music "Mother" by Danzig begins)

C. Joe Jaczewski's ([email protected]) Dimension X Review
I figured that I would follow the line in the CPC 2105 booklet that says,
"If you haven't ordered Dimension X yet, shame on you!" I wanted to find
out about Phantast and other classic stars. I received it yesterday and
here is my review.
The first wrestler I looked at was Man of Power. I thought he was pretty
bad. Then I found out that he is now Chaos! I was pretty disappointed
because I figured that a guy that size would be a better wrestler even
before he found the Alpha Power. The same went for the Matador: big guy,
bad wrestling skills.
Then I wanted to see the man that beat Chaos, Paragon! I looked at his
skills and was wondering if he beat Man of Power or Chaos. He's good, but
Chaos is great!
My favorite wrestler is Phantast. I think he's the best wrestler in
Dimension X.
Desolation Factor, Rack and Ruin (or as I call them in my fed. Torture
Chamber!), gave me some bad first impressions. One has the offense and
one has the defense. Then I noticed how good that works in a tag-team
match!
Rafaki's okay but I think they built him up too much. They say he was a
tag star with Phantast, which I can believe. But then a Singles star?
They really didn't say any of his career wins except that he feuded with
he rookie Matador. Doesn't seem like much of a fight for a singles star.
Finally, Vector One. They say that he stopped Paragon from sweeping all
three major WGX Championship belts. The way that Paragon was built up in
the GWF made this sound impossible, but comparing the cards, it is a
pretty fair match.
I would just to say that I hope Tom Filsinger isn't mad at me for sending
this article in, but if someone wants to order Dimension X, do it for the
wrestlers! I have 6 out of the 8 guys you receive in my league! And my
league is only forty wrestlers (no managers and no women)!

5. New Matches!
A. Abridged Rules for Zero Gravity Platform Match.
It says that you can have tag-team matches, but I think this errata helps
it seem more realistic. If you are in a tag-team match and someone throws
their opponent out of the ring, the wrestler who was thrown out rolls one
die. If it is a 1 or 2, then his allies pull him back into the ring and
the match continues with his opponent on level three offense. Otherwise,
the match continues normally on the Out of the Ring Chart.

B. Spring Ring Match
This match is conducted on a special ring that has really long springs
under the ring mat. The special rules are that is you try a move where
you are standing and diving on an opponent, it takes more affect because
you can jump higher. Example: You try a elbow drop-2 and it is
successful, it becomes elbow drop-3. Since you jump higher than normal,
your opponent has more time to move before you hit the ground. The way to
tell if you miss, is for the defensive wrestler to role two dice. If his
Deathjump rating is A, then a miss happens on any role from 2 to 6. If it
is B, then a miss happens on 2-4 and if it's C, then a miss occurs on a
role of 2. If you miss, the opponent takes over on the offensive level
that you tried that maneuver on. Example: You try an elbow drop-2 and you
miss, the opponent picks up on level two offense. Don't think that the
moves on the cards are the only moves that have this affect. The moves on
the special cards (such as Into Ropes) also take affect! Read and see
what it says because it could be a better move than you think when
attempted a Spring Ring!

Note: Both these New Matches were designed by myself. I wish that some of
you would send in your original match ideas because I am running out! :-)

7. Closing Comments
This newsletter is getting better, but I would like to get as
many articles as I can. That means, you promoter, have to send them. You
are the Next Generation! Without you, there is no NG. I am thinking about
having a fight card where I describe the matches, but all of you will
decide who wins. Next promoter, I will write the matches that will happen
and YOU will fight them out (in your fed., or on the side) and tell the
results from Round One to Finals. I will tally up the winners and
wrestler with the most points will win the tournament! In case of a tie,
I will get the wrestlers and have the match myself to declare the tie
breaker. I hope you all get into this!

Sincerely,

Joe Jaczewski
