THE OFFICIAL RIOT VIBE SET HAS ARRIVED!

Am I making this seem way bigger than it really is?...get a life, pretender! This is the best thing Riot Vibe has released yet (and thats saying a mouthful!). The official Riot Vibe set is jam-packed with groovy wrestlers, the hippest storylines, and has more surprises then Bill Clinton does girl friends! This set (yes, that is a 100% obvious hint that another (more?) sets are under way), features the epic battle between the Inner Circle (a name respectively known in the GWF world) and the Riot Vibe Corporation (thats us), and more importantly, the Paladin, Pandemnium blood struggle. Riot Vibe is more than proud of this set, which has been extremely difficult to make GWF-deserved good, and we now realize how damn hard it is for Tom upon completion of this. Feel free to explore the outmost "riots" in GCW, and start preparing yourselves for the new official Riot Vibe match that we are banging our heads together to come up with...and as always this set is dedicated to the usual daddy-o's Tom, Sam, and Mike. And although GWC is not a GWF set, feel free to introduce wrestlers to your fed as you see fit, because its your rules. I know the Inner Cirlce personally would love to get their hands on the Rocket Man!

Until Milky Way Mike becomes the official spokesperson for Nestle Quik,

RIOT VIBE'S GOOD GUYS

PALADIN

Team: The Inner Circle

Main Feuds: Pandemonium, Havok, Frighterner

Paladin's Finisher: THE FIFTH CIRCLE. Using Paladin's raw power, he picks his unlucky of an opponent up onto his shoulders, and shakes the crap outta him, moving on to step 2...the opponent is then spun around like crazy, while simultaneously being Torture Racked. This spinning continues for five full circles (where did we come up with this name?, hmmm..), and usually the fans do Paladin, Riot Vibe's fan favourite wrestler, the honours and count each rotation out for him. After the fifth circle, the poor lad's troubles have just begun, because Paladin drops the opponent (hard), on his head, similar to that of a death valley driver! Its not half as complicated as it sounds, but muchas painful!

Background: Paladin is the GCW's most potential fighting machine! He combines both power and skill with his unmatched determination, that he brings to every match, wheter he's fighting blood rival Pandemonium, or the infamous Torak.

Why is it Pandemonium and Paladin are such a huge feud though? Well sit back for a tale that will make you laugh, cry, and vote Riot Vibe the Hot Site of the Month. Y'see, like many other sucessful wrestlers in other Galactic feds (GWF), Paladin is from a time of his own. He was brought into the future to wrestle. It so happens that Pandemoium and Paladin were at one time good "friends". Impossible you say? To the untold ears, maybe, but allow me to explain. It was actually Pandemonium who brought Paladin to the future to wrestle! Pandemonium is a very talented wrestler and decided that as leader of the Riot Vibe Corporation (a very well-known and impressive futuristic indusrty) is simply quite loaded. And since he decided he and his chums (Frighterner and Havok) are far too good to join another federation, and obey rules not his own, he felt the only thing to do was start his own federation! Problem; unlike Colby, Pandemonium, is not wealthy enough to start his own federation. The Solution; rip somebody off who doesn't know any better! Enter Paladin. Pandemonium, using Riot Vibe's very own time machine, brought several fighters from different time periods and galaxys into the future. Amongst these men was Paladin. Pandemonium claimed he could make Paladin a star known for his great wrestling ability and detemination. The naive fool he is, Paladin believed him. Pandemonium and Paladin hit it off really well, and became such good amigos until one day...you really didn't expect Pandemonium to be loyal did you?!? Pandemonium is a smart business man (you have to be to be an employee at Riot Vibe), and realized just how much Paladin's belongings from the past had appreciated (his sword, jewels, ect..), and seeing as it was in perfect condition, sold it to some collectors (rumour has it the Collector purchased an item or two). The items had great sentimental value to Paladin, seeing as they are all he has left of his hometown, and as you can probably guess, Paladin was quite pissed off at his good friend Pandemonium, who used the money to purchase his own federation! And legally, Paladin couldn't knock Pandemonium's stuffing without a huge lawsuit, so he did the only thing reasonable he could think of...he handed Pandemonium a lawsuit of his own! The far-more intelligent Pandemonium decide to settle out of court with an offer Paladin can't refuse...a chance to settle his scores the old fashoined way, with a good ole' ass-kicking. Pandemonium gave Paladin and his friends (see below), a lifetime contract in the GCW (in Pandemonium's point of view, he's a far superior athlete anyhows!). Now the two blood rivals can settle the evenly matched battle in the ring, but will Paldin get his fare shot at Pandemonium and the rest of the Riot Vibe Corporation, or will Riot Vibe Promoters try and protect their prize "star", with deals off the squared-circle?

MISTREL

Team: The Inner Circle

Main Feuds: Havok, Frighterner, Pandemonium, The Athletic Wrestling Dept.

Mistrel's Finisher: TUNE OF TWISTED TWIGHLIGHT. Because of Mistrel's ummatched agility for a man of his height, his finisher is nothing short of impressive. Mistrel puts his opponent in a Boston Crab (an excellent way to begin a finisher), and falls forward, creating a backward slinshot onto the opponent's head!

Background: The most mysterious man in the GCW is no doubt the enigmatic Mistrel. Not much is known about Mistrel, except that he is a part of Pandemonium's time travel scandel, and that he is an unofficial member of the Inner Circle. His talent seems unmatched in the GCW, but it seems as though he may not really want to be in the GCW at all! He avoids all interviews, and holds no real friendships, in fact Paladin himself seems a bit twiggy from this man. But Mistrel does possess some real skill, and shows alot of scientific talent. Is Mistel just the Inner Circle's trick to throw the Riot Vibe Corporation off guard? Nah, Paladin's not smart enough. Or is Mistrel really a smart business man, affiliated one way or another with the Riot Vibe Corp? I believe the real quesiton is, just how faithful is Mistrel to the Inner Cirle, or even the GCW?

MISTIC

Team: The Inner Cirlce

Main Feuds: Frighterner, Pandemonium, Havok, "The Natural" Dean Taylor

Mistic's Finisher: AERIAL MISTICS. A fierce 360 from the top turnbuckle, where Mistic lands with both feet, on the opponent's stomach, who is on their back on the mat.

Note: AERIAL MISTICS depends on how well the opponent is with a guy flying at them. To put it simply of course. Anyways, the move has a "+4" finisher rating if the opponents deathjump is a "C", a "+2" rating if it is a "B", or a "0" rating if its an "A".

Background: Mistic provides both members of the Inner Circle with exactly what they need...a friend. After what happened to Paladin via Pandemonium, Paladin finds it hard to trust any one at all (especially with the unstable Mistrel on the team!). He can trust Mistic and he knows it. It would seem Mistic and Paladin have actually become best friends! And Mistic seems like the only person at all Mistrel will even talk to! Do they have what it takes to become tag champs?

Mistic is a very layed back, and competitive man. He enjoys the good sport of wrestling (one of his many hobbies), and is easy to get a long with. And as a cruiser weight, in one of the spotlight teams, Mistic has exactly what it takes to win a title he long adorns. Mistic is also a very super natural man, believing in fate, and the such, which makes his high-flying feud against Frighterner allthat more intense!

SUPREME

Team: The Athletic Wrestling Department

Main Feuds: The Insidous Ill-Men, Mistrel

Supreme's Finisher: FIT TO BE FIT. A move demonstrating Supreme's power, where Supreme throws his own modified variation of the classic Full Nelson on his opponent. The move cause most of Supreme's "lesser" opponent's to submit before they pass out from the pain!

Background: The Athletic Wrestling Depatment is exactly what their name implies. They come from a hard working, well known wrestling school, name withheld (its stealing some of the Riot Vibe school's customers), and aim to prove to everyone that they are the epidimy of what a wrestler should be. They show great strenght, determination, skill, teamwork, and knowledge, their only problems are their huge inflating egos, and the fact that they are very easily frustrated!

They aim to prove to the Insidous Ill-Men that they are slobs, who cannot accomplish anything in the sport of wrestling, and that in no way are the Ill-Men superior. Supreme also wants to prove that he is the strongest man in the federation, by humiliating Sloppy Joe with power moves, and scientific wrestling holds. The Department also holds a grudge against Mistrel, who they believe is far over-rated as a scientific wrestler!

PRIME

Team: The Athletic Wrestling Department

Main Feuds: The Insidous Ill-Men, Mistrel

Prime's Finisher: THE INCREDIBLE TWIN POWERLIFT. This is a tag finisher, which takes a remarkable amount of teamwork from Prime and Supreme, which results in a devastating fall! Prime and Supreme lift the opponent to the top turnbuckle, as if to perform a double superplex! Instead however, Prime and Supreme stand on the top turnbuckle with the opponent and pick him up over both their heads, in a 6:00 suplex (vertical suplex, you've seen Davey Boy Smith do it I'm sure)! Together they hold the opponent in mid air for a couple seconds to demonstrate their sheer strength (think of the height the opponent is at!, the height of the turnbuckle, and the two huge wrestlers together!), then fall backwards, straight to the canvas! Which ever member of the Wrestling Dept survives the fall, usually pins the opponent for an obvious three-count!

Background: Although Supreme would hate to admit it, Prime is actually the more talented of the two very-gifted and hard working scientific wrestlers! (Dangerous to think about, huh?) Whereas Supreme can always depend on his power to get him out of situtations, Prime depends on his quick thinking, or an intelligent tag, seeing as Prime is also the better tag wrestler. And whereas Supreme uses high profile power moves, Prime measures his opponents down, and often goes for an unpredicted submission hold, or high flying move.

The feud between the Athletic Wrestling Department and Insidous Ill-Men is a classic feud of opposites, and hate for no particular reason, other then the fact the other team exisits! And the only reason the Wrestling Dept hears the cries of the fans is because of their hard work, and high impact moves! How long before even the fans get sick of the talented Athletic Wrestling Department's inflated egos?

HAWKOSSIS

Team: none

Main Feuds: Frigtherner, "The Natural" Dean Taylor

Hawkossis' Finisher: 720 SPLASH. I'm sure most of you reading this can figure even this one out.

Background: He's a cruiser weight. He wants a belt. He's not too good. Nobody particularly likes him. The Riot Vibe CEO made him. Need to know anything else, them email us at [email protected]

"THE NATURAL" DEAN TAYLOR

Team: none

Main Feud: Hawkossis, Frighterner, Mistic

Dean Taylor's Finisher: REVERSE STF. A move that shows the submission skills of Dean Talyor. It combines a reverse camel clutch, and a leg lock type-hold, using leverage and the need to win.

Background: The Althletic Wrestling Department and Dean Taylor actually have something in common: they're all exceptional wrestlers! But Dean Talyor isn't running around the areana making sure everone knows he is. He comes to a match prepared to wrestle, fights the match until the final bell, and then leaves. Some people say Dean Taylor is a little too obsessed with the sport and winning, and spends his nights off studying his opponent, and training for endless hours.

Dean Taylors nick name, The Natural, comes from past wrestlers, of many generations, that Dean Taylor respects and admires. Nobody has ever been as determined and dedicated to the sport of wreslting as Dean Talyor, but many promoters are already debating wheter or not thats a good thing or a bad thing! What would happen if this Cruiser Weight star can't win a belt in the first year of the GCW, and will losing eventually send him over the edge?

Riot Vibe's Baddies

PANDEMONIUM

Team: The Riot Vibe Corporation (formal leader)

Main Feuds: Paladin, Mistic, Mistrel

Pandemonium's Finisher: Pandemonium's trademark finisher, ONSLAUGHT UNLEASHED, is perhaps the most feared in the GCW. The move shows the great skills of a champion, and wrestler's wrestler. Being the intelligent business man that Pandemonium is, (and the trademark Riot Vibe wrestler), Pandemonium realizes that a finisher is used to polish an opponent off, not show off his astonishing wrestling abilities (he can do that the whole match!). So he has developed a way of beating his opponents that is simple, yet very precise. Pandemonium shoves the opponent's head between his legs, and with perfect timing, power bombs his oppnent three times in a row(!), with out letting go of the hold once! Once the opponent's head hits the mat for the first time, Pandemonium just whips him back up over his head, and drills him again and again! Quite often, Pandemonium turns the final power bomb into a pinning combination. The problem is the move is a little bit risky! Sometimes (rarely), Pandemonium doesn't have the power to pick the opponent up for the second or third time and gives the opponent a chance to show some offence. And some of the talented cruiser weights in the GCW, have develpoed a way of turning Pandemonium's own finisher into a flying leg scissors, or a quick cradle!

NOTE: When rolled a "6" on Level 3 Offense, the player has the option to roll again on Level 3 offense. If you decide to perform ONSLAUGHT UNLEASHED, roll two dice. If the result is 2-4, the opponet takes over on Level 2 Offense. If the roll is 5-12, ONSLAUGHT UNLEASHED has a +4 rating.

Background: Pandemonium is with out an ounce of doubt, the most intelligent business man (let alone wrestler) in the GCW! He managed to use Paladin (difficult task, I think not!), to afford his own federation! Pandemomium (who works at Riot Vibe), has become the GCW's first champion, and most gifted athlete! He also started the first GCW team, in the Riot Vibe Corporation. But before any false accusations are made, Paladin will receive more then his fair shares of Pandemonium's GCW Heavy Weight Championship title. Demonstrating yet another act of great business, Pandemonium sold the Federation rights to Riot Vibe, who now owns, and makes the rules in the GCW. And don't think that just because Pandemonium works at Riot Vibe, means that that the GCW will show any favourtism towards him! Because as far as Riot Vibe is concerned, the tougher Pandemonium's opponent, the better chance he has to look good!

The tough medieval warrior, Paladin, is the first to attempt to dethrone Pandemonium. And this is just a tough feud for each competitor! But the edge may actually fall straight into Pandemonuim's lap, who is a talented wrestler, whereas Paladin would rather be getting revenge on Pandemonium then winning any titles!

FRIGHTERNER

Team: The Riot Vibe Corporation

Main Feuds: Mistic, Paladin, Mistrel, Hawkossis, Dean Taylor

Frighterner's Finisher: VAULT OF HORROR. Frigherner sits his opponent on the second turnbuckle, so their head and arms are draped over the top turnbuckle. Frighterner then runs the whole course of the room, springboards off the top rope, and delivers a deadly flying dropkick to the back of the opponent's head. The force causes the opponent to fall backwards onto their back, allowing Frighterner to score a quick pin.

Background: Frighterner is Riot Vibe's official cruiser weight! Not much is known about this man, other then his main offensive tactic to give his opponent the heebly jeebies! He loves to perorm high risk moves, and loves to intimidate opponents before, and during his matchups! He claims he is fearful, and not surprisingly is an extremely condifent and outspoken man! He talks during matches, and comes to ringside of matches he isn't involved in, just so the wrestlers will see him!

Frighterner's cruiser weight counter part is the equally supernatural, Mistic! It is rumoured Frighterner wanted this feud because Mistic is very superstitious (and naive), and Frighterner thought he could gain an edge over Mistic, if he tricked Mistic into thinking he had some kind of unnatural powers! Is Frighterner just another one of Riot Vibe's gimmicks to gain the upper hand, or is there really something else to this young super star?

HAVOK

Team: The Riot Vibe Corporation

Main Feuds: Mistrel, Pandemoium, Mistic

Havok's Finisher: HARDCORE HAVOK. Havok has develpoed the ultimate high risk, finisher. He brings his opponent outside of the ring and drapes him over a table, so the opponent's head and neck are hanging over the side. He then climbs the top turnbuckle, and nails his opponets throat with a falling legdrop!

NOTE: Since HARDCORE HAVOK is so really it doesn't work all the time. When rolled a "6" on Level 3 Offense, you have the option to roll again on Level 3 Offense. If you decide to go along with the move roll two dice. If the result is a "4", HARDCORE HAVOK is a +4 finisher, a "5" results in a +5 finisher, and a "6" is a +6 finisher! If you roll a 1-3, the opponent rolls off the table and Havok misses! The opponent climbs back in the ring, and Havok may be counted out (roll PIN rating). If Havok is not counted out, opponent rolls on Level 3 Offense.

Background: Before Pandemonium began his own wrestling federation, Havok did not know Pandemonium or Frighterner. In fact, before he entered the GWC, Havok wasn't even an employee at Riot Vibe! Havok was a wrestler in smaller federations before GCW, most of these federations known for their hardcore wrestlers, and matches. Pandemonium heard of one of the most hardcore wrestlers, this sport has ever seen, and unlike some other hardcore wrestlers known to wrestle in other extreme feds, this man was actually sane! This man was exactly what The Riot Vibe Corporation needed to send counteract Mistrel, seeing as Pandemonium and Frighterner were afraid to fight him themselves, and this man was Havok! So Pandemonium himself approached Havok, and basically gave him an offer he can't refuse (no, not like The Godfather), to finish the upstart Mistrel's career before it really begins. This feud pits two talented wrestlers face to face, who seem to have their own agendas, rather then what their teams need them for.

Havok knows Pandemonium is just using his for his own reasons, but then why did Havok accept his offer? Does Havok have something in the past that he wishes to settle with one of the GCW's stars, or is he just that hard up for cash?

SLOPPY JOE

Team: The Insidous Ill-Men

Main Feuds: Athletic Wrestling Department

Sloppy Joe's Finisher: SLOPPY JOES DINER. When the opponet is lying flat on the mat on their back, Sloppy Joe acsends to the top turnbuckle. He then falls straight down on the opponet's face, butt-first! Its a lot more disgusting then it really is painful!

Background: The Insidous Ill-Men came to the GCW for one reason. To win and hold the Tag Team Titles! They believe it doesn't take hardwork or talent to win any awards! They figure if they can win the tag straps just once, nobody in their right mind would want to challenge them! They're disgusting and take full advantage of it! Just take for example Sloppy Joe's finisher!

The Insidous Ill-Men face a very difficult fed against the Athletic Wreslting Department, who think this first feud is an utther humiliation to their far superior talents!

POGROM PETE

Team: The Insidous Ill-Men

Main Feuds: Athletic Wrestling Department

Pogrom Pete's Finisher: CONTRIBUTION TO SOCIETY. Mant fans believe that The Insidous Ill-Men aren't very enviromentally friendly, so they've decided to work together and perform a finsiher that will get them the respect they believe they deserve. With a stunned opponet, Pogrom tags Sloppy into the ring. Together, they propel the opponent into the ropes, and deliver a double backbody drop, ouside of the ring! Its a long fall for the opponent, who falls down hard on his neck and shoulders!

Background: The good news is that Pogrom Pete is less disgusting then Sloppy Joe. The bad news is that he is far more dangerous! Pogrom loves to brawl and throw his opponent around, hoping that some promoters, and fans may actually think he has some actual talent! The fact is, not many people are falling for it. Most of Pogrom's moves are just heavy punches, kicks, elbows, headbutts, or other butts if you know what I mean...

The feud between the Althletic Department and Insidous Ill-Men is taken very seriously by Pogrom Pete. Unlike Sloppy Joe, who just wants to win the belts to make a mockery of the sport, Pogrom is actually expecting to get better with experience. In fact he's betting that after the fans see the Insidous Ill-Men in action, they will start cheering them, and boo other current fan-favourites like Paladin, or The Athleic Wrestling Department!

MILKY WAY MIKE

Team: Next Generation

Main Feud: Nobody in particular

Milky Way Mike's Finisher: THE MILKSHAKE. A bearhug, where Milky Way Mike tries to shake his opponent into submitting.

Background: Nobody loves the sport of wrestling like Milky Way Mike does. Its just that he's not very good. The GCW is the first federation, Milk Way Mike has been accepted into, little does he realize, he was hired as a jobber. Milk Way wished to get into high-profile matches, and be a huge fan-favourite, but as most fans are quickly finding out, its hard to take this guy serious. In the ring he's a joke, and promoters only schedule him to wrestle as comedy-relief! But out of the ring, he appears to be a huge mat-technician, because Milky Way Mike knows basically everything there is to know to be a successful wrestler. And he knows a good way to promote one's career, is to begin in a tag team. Milky Way's tag partner is the powerhouse, Herc Horrific, who is a ring veteran for many years. The tag team name Next Generation implies that Mike and Herc are the next generation of great wrestlers, and will someday be known as gifter veterans! Mike chose the name. Can Mily Way Mike's determination of the sport earn him the respect he's been after since he was a child?

TERRIFIC HERC HORRIFIC

Team: Next Generation

Main Feuds: Nobody in particular

Herc Horrific's Finishers: HAMMER HELLSTORM. Herc's classic finisher that he's been using for years in many federations. A double axe-handle to the opponent's back. LEGENDS IN THEIR OWN MINDS. A tag finisher chosen by Mikly Way Mike. Herc prepares to piledrive the opponet into the canvas, and Mike assists (a little) by spiking opponent into the mat.

Background: Oh boy, is it gonna be Herc's year! He may just be the highest paid non-Riot Vibe wrestler in the GCW. Riot Vibe is paying Herc Horrific big bucks to team with Mikly Way Mike, and nobody knows why! Sure, as a ring veteran, Herc thinks he can be doing better, but with the cash flowing, he's happy exactly where he is! Who knows, Next Generation could exactly establish themselves as a team! One things for sure, Paladins keeping his eye on Next Generation! Paladin claims that an experienced wrestler like Herc Horrific would take fame, and maybe some gold away form the Riot Vibe Corporation, which is why he's keeping "Terrific" Herc Horrific busy, with tag matches, and low-prestige matches!

TORAK, THE BEAST-BEATER

Team: Nobody accepted his offer

Main Feud: Nobody would be caught dead in a feud with him

Turok's Finisher: BEAST BRAIN SHUFFLE. Because Torak is so obsessed with GWF's own, Terak the Beast-Rider, he has even copied his finisher. Alhtough, Torak's variation of the move is a little bit more demented, as he screams as he performs it.

Background: Torak, the Beat-Beater is obsessed with Terak, the Beast-Rider of the GWF. Nobody knows exactly why, but he swears that one day he will get accepted into the GWF, and make his mark, by ending the Beast-Riders career! So bacially, he considers the GCW a stepping stone, which is becoming a difficult task for the animal-abuser, because nobody really wants to wrestler the poor sap!

OSCAR, THE DEMENTED WEINER VENDOR

Team: Yeah right!

Main Feud: Anybody that gets in his way of the GCW Heavy Weight Championship!

Oscar's Finisher: WEINER SCHNITZEL. A very 'different' variation of the classic bear hug, where Oscar wraps his arm and legs around the opponent, and squeezes the breath out of him.

Background: Fed up with the complex world of selling hot dogs in the streets, Oscar has sought a new career....wrestling...kinda. Oscar is fixated on making better business by selling more hot dogs, and what better way then hanging out with guys like Pandmeonium, and the Riot Vibe Corporation?!? Actually, Riot Vibe Corp. wouldn't be caught dead with a bum like Oscar, but he's great for warmups and the like! Oscar thinks a wrestling career may help promotions. Oh yeah, and he's not all right in the head, either...
