All About Al
My name is Al Cummings. I am Married, have 2 girls and a love of Baseball.
I first collected cards around 1959. We in the neighborhood traded and
generally destroyed them like most kids. The second round of collecting
was in 1970 when my brother was the card collecting age. We traded and
took a little bit better care of the cards but lost interest. We gave those
away for racing cars. Then in 1991, a friend(?) got me started again and
I don't plan on stopping. I collect old and new and stick to baseball.
My wife likes non-sports and the girls collect a little basketball.
I have also been "into" computers for 13 years. I have used modems for
12 years, ran a couple BBS's, ran up huge bills on CompuServe and have
tried almost everything out there. The internet still fasinates me which
all the things you can do and can learn.
