FB/TE? The Patriots are using all their tight ends as H-backs in training camp.This is in an effort to make up for the losses of Keith Byars and Sam Gash. During a regular season game, fans shouldn't expect a TE to be at that position, but it could be a possibility. If the Patriots need help with blocking blitzing linebackers, the obvious solution would be to sign a veteran RB...which is in the plans at the momment. Ben Coates, Lovett Purnell , Mike Bartrum , Rod Rutledge , or Scott Dragos may line up at fullback on third down in preseason to preview how it would work out.
