| May 31, 1998 Dome Stadium A Possibility? Patriots Owner Robert Kraft recently met with Connecticut officials about a possible dome stadium for the Pats. Efforts to get plans for a new stadium in Massachusettes have gone nowhere, and plans for a new stadium in Rhode Island have ended. They are discussing the possibiliy...not the plans yet. The Connecticut officials said that these plans would have to move quickly if anything were to develop. I will post the latest decisions or plans as soon as they are announced. |
