Well when your fighting not sparring, in an actual fight and your down in energy and you think you don't have none left you do. Everyone says you have a limited amount of energy to a point, well i thats true then you have a limited weakness when your tired. I've noticed when I've ran out of energy and I think about the energy I had at the beginning of the fight I start to get sort of cold chills all over my body, but I am refreshed and have the eq al amout of strength/endurance/ect. I think this to me is sort of a anger bust but I'm only angered for one second and I just get all of my energy back and stop breathing hard real fast. Thats how I've stood up so far. But with all of this jibberish what 'm trying to say is when you think you can't do it or get any energy just grit your teeth tighten your muscles even if you cant and just push it and you will come out on top trust me. |
