Coach Bob Taylor

Championship teams don't come about by mistake. Especially if they happen 3 years in a row!!! This is Coach Taylor's 10th year as the head wrestling coach of Chapin High School. In his tenure at Chapin, the Eagles have won 4 state titles and finished runnerup once.

Coach Tayor was a high school All -American from West Virginia, where he won two State titles. He went on to wrestle at Clemson University where he lettered 4 years as a Varsity starter. Coach Taylor is looking forward to another exciting year as the Eagles come into the season led by two time State Champion, Jeremy Moseley, and 4th place finisher, Jacob Crawford. These Seniors have the experience of wrestlers Keith Coogler, Jonathan Gowan, Jon Hollingsworth, and Patrick Shirley, to help lead the team into the next Millennium.
