If you want to see regular version .avi clips you can do that in this section. Downloading the clips will vary in time. The longest is 1797KB which takes about 10mins. I have included times for each assuming a 28.8kbs modem speed connection.

In addition to the Real Player, you can also download these other great players for free. If you don't have the software on your computer to view avi clips, go here if you use Internet Explorer to download the free Microsoft new Media viewer. This plays avi files as well as other media files. Or for movie files with any browser, go here and download the Quicktime Player.

What I like about Media Player, is that once the clips are downloaded to the viewer, you can use your mouse on the long slider bar to control the speed of playback. It is very educational to watch the moves in slow motion and the clips can easily be manipulated in both forward and backward directions with the mouse. The Real Player has a number of additional plug-ins that can be used.
