Rob Stewart - Stewy

Personal: Rob has been team Captain since former Captain Dave Whistle moved up to Assistant Coach two seasons ago. Rob is from Selkirk, Winnipeg, and was born on the 5th February, 1966. He stands 5' 10" and weighs 180lbs.

Style: Rob isn't the prettiest of players, but he's an effective and solid defender, getting the job done. He has a good shot from point, and can be relied upon to lead the team from the front. He is vastly experienced in the British game, and has shown that he can cope admirably at the top level (Bracknell's promotion to the ISL was his first season at the top level of the British game).

Last Season: Last season was a big player for Bracknell, both at the back and going forward, scoring 11 goals, including four game winners. He also had a big influence through being Captain, and he should once again be a steadying influence at the back.

Career: Rob has been around British hockey for years, moving over here straight from College Hockey. He played a couple of games each for Basingstoke and Solihull, before moving to Romford, where he is still a hero. He played one season in Telford before movng to Bracknell. He has previously played with Dave Whistle, both at Romford and at Telford. Career Stats
