Shawn only arrived on the team just before Christmas, but it is already obvious that he is a good player. He played last year for Richmond Renegades, for whom I'm assured he was a crowd favourite. He skates well and hits hard. He normally stays behind Bracknell's blue-line but every so often you will suddenly realise he is in the opposition crease, and refusing to budge. Definitely a firm favourite already.
Shawn is 5' 11" and 185 lbs. He plays in Britain with a British passport, although he is from Vancouver. He is a trained fire-man, and plans to take that up when he finishes with hockey.
