Personal: A hugely popular defender who is now entering his third year with the Bees. Shayne is a well-traveled Canadian, from Oshawa, Ontario, who weighs in at 195 lbs and stands 6' 1" tall. He is 24 years old, and his birthday is on the 27th January, 1974.
Style: Shayne is probably the best player on the team. Although a defenceman, he is admirable going forward too, and has will often pop up on the blue-line to score a goal. his speed and good stick-handling allow him to join the attack with impressive regularity, whilst his good hockey brain and positional understanding means he is rarely caught out of position. Last Season: Shayne was probably last season's out-standing player for the Bees. In the awards, Shayne was voted onto the League's 2nd All-Star Team, and he also received the Supporter's Defender of the Year Award. In my opinion, his goal against Manchester, from the drop pass by Pellerin, was the best ever scored at Bracknell.
Career: Before arriving for Bracknell, Shayne played for Kitchener, Windsor, Detroit Junior Red Wings, Springfield, Erie and Providence. He has previously played with
