In his first season with Bracknell, Dale was the league's top goals and points scorer. Returning for a second season, much was expected of him and, when he didn't instantly perform, he came under a great deal of criticism. However, although he never rediscovered his goal scoring (which must have suffered mid-season through the loss of Wayde Bucsis), he still finished top of Bracknel's points chart for the league, and he is also the record ISL points scorer. However, many will be expecting much better from him next season, should he return again.
