I have used this free e-mail service for 8 months, almost since it started. It had a lot of trouble before, but now they've completely redone it. The new version is DYNAMITE!
it is web-based so if you pay for web time, you'll pay for the time used on hotmail
Juno I also use this service. It's great. You don't need seperate web access for this. There is no way you could possibly be charged for this!
