tices were in place during those early years. It is with those thoughts in mind that I begin another chapter in the publishing of a league newsletter. 

I anticipate publishing on a monthly basis, although that could change either way, based on contributions and outside events. However frequent the issues, however, it is expected that TCBA Today & Yesterday will appear on the TCBA Homepage for the world to read. In addition to that, a subscription list will be maintained for anyone interested in receiving the publication automatically through e-mail. Microsoft Word will be required to properly read the subscripted issue. Those Word-less souls will be able to read and/or print out text versions directly from the TCBA Homepage. 
In the months ahead you can expect to read articles dealing with many aspects of our league activities. Contributions will always be accepted, subject to the editor's scissors, but welcome nonetheless. I've had enough experience to know that few contributions will ever reach my mailbox, so the future of TCBA Today & Yesterday is independent of that.  
The format will evolve slightly as I become more comfortable with the publishing software in use. The articles and writing will similarly evolve as I once again
