| As you know, we will travel a lot during the course of the summer. On some occasions in the past, we have had requests by older teenagers to go on outings that are not supervised by an adult (movies, visiting other teams, etc.) In order to assure permission for these activities, we need your signature below. These activities will not be frequent, but if the occasion arises, your signature and permission will be needed by our staff, for all teenagers under 18. | |||||||||||||
