TEAMTALK

A strike from substitute Jamie Cook gifted Oxford their first victory of the season over high-flying Bury at the Manor Ground.
Cook's 81st minute goal gave the U's a much needed win but was not enough to lift Denis Smith's side from the foot of the Second Division table.
Cook had only been on the field just over a minute after replacing Manny Omoyimni to bring fresh legs to the Oxford attack.
Cook collected Derek Lilley's pass on the right before cutting inside and unleashing a great shot low inside the far corner of Paddy Kenny's goal.
Joey Beauchamp could have eased the tension in the final five minutes when the home side were awarded an 86th minute penalty. Derek Lilley was brought down by a clumsy Chris Swailes challenge but Beauchamp's spot-kick was brilliantly saved by Kelly to make the dying minutes a nerve-racking affair for the U's supporters.
Denis Smith will be delighted his side have finally recorded their first three points of the season but Bury boss Andy Preece will be outraged at how his side lost their first game in five away from Gigg Lane this season.
