Announcing the all new 1997-1998 Blunt Views Song Contest
Remember all those parties where you all tried to sing along to some song but you couldn't remember all the words? Normally you just made them up right? And to pretend to not look stupid you tried and made the song funny? Well put that talent to use .....
There's no prize (so far), but it should be fun. We might make your song the official Blunt Views anthem for the season! Mind you we do love 'Wannabe a Claymore' so it better be good!
So on to the rules....
- The Song must have been a hit record - and I'll have to have heard it once on the radio.
- No swearing or offensive language. Insulting a team on their record is different!
- There are two categories.
- Claymores Themed songs about how great we are.
- Songs based on other teams poking fun at them.
- There should be as much alteration to the lyrics as possible. No alteration to the music is allowed!
- Editors Decision is final.
- CLOSING DATE 1st Feb 1998
