My mind is churning
for the one I lost
my heart is spinning
way out of control
I can't suppress the emotions
that well up inside of me
and I don't know how to act.
Am I blindfolded
or just unable to feel?
what am I supposed to do
when we're so close
yet so far apart
why are we so blind
to the emotions that fill our lives
that take control of our spirits
and spin our hearts
churning our minds
until we're blindfolded
and unable to feel
