Humanitarian Intervention
It is so decided that the lion, the tiger and the hyena will form an International Court of Justice. They have
summoned the cow, the deer, and the frog to the courthouse. The hyena held the Bible up high and declared
the crimes of the accused - The cow have violated the environmental law by eating grass and leaving dung around
the neighborhood; the deer have violated the speed limit by running too fast; and the frog have committed ethnic
cleansing by eating flies. So it is declared that the criminals shall pay a fine, be subjected to quarantine, and
sentenced to death afterwards. These penalties, according to the judge, jury, and executioner - lion, tiger and hyena,
are called humanitarian intervention.
