The Little Mermaid

The Little Mermaid is my favorite Disney movie. I just love that she is a headstrong teenager...with red hair. I have a lot of red-headed friends who just adore Ariel because of her red hair!

My favorite song from the movie is "Part of Your World." I just love the part where she sings, "burn!" My friends and I have the tendency to do exactly as Ariel does at that part. It's just so moving.

I went to the movie theatre to see the rerelease of this wonderful movie. It was great! Surround sound and movie format rocks... And the colors were awesome...

On June 28, 1998, I saw Jodi Benson play the narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Watching her, I kept thinking, "That's Ariel!" How sick is that?
