UP-VSAS is headed by the Grand-Achiever. Together with seven other officers the organization is run through a committee system.
The six committees that make-up the as stated in the 1997 VSAS - Constitution are:
Executive Committee
Judiciary Committee
Membership Committee
Education Committee
Socio- Publicity Committee
Finance Committee
All the members has their respective committees and given several tasks and responsibilities.
