For anyone who hasn't been told yet: my office is closing.  The Echo Group 
decided that it was better to concentrate the development in 2 offices rather 
than 3, so ShareCare is being moved to Conway, NH.    They've offered 
relocation to a select few people, but I doubt anyone is taking it.  The last 
day for those who were not offered relocation is Friday, Jan 30th.  The last 
day for those offered relocation is Feb. 13th.  They're going to keep me 
around, because I'm on contract, though I'm not sure how much longer.  I sent 
out a few resumes last week, but no luck so far.

I spent the 12th, 13th, and 14th in Conway, NH training my replacement.  He's a 
smart guy, I think he'll do well.  Conway was VERY cold, it was -11 degrees on 
Wednesday monring when I drove in to work from my hotel.  The coolest thing 
about that region of New Hampshire: the kids get a half day of school 1 day a 
week to go skiing.  Every week.  And skiing is free or cheap, so everyone can 
participate.
