This one's gonna be a real quickie, 'cuz I have to go to bed in short order. 

Work's still... bearable.  I'm catching less flack for leaving lately, but I 
still haven't set a date.  I'm planning August 1, but it might be sooner.  
Tuesday I wanted to quit on the spot, after being called incompetant by my 
supervisor.  Thursday the owner had what we're all presuming was a heart attack 
(dizziness, pale face, chest pains), but refused to go to the hospital.  WE're 
hoping he goes to a doctor SOON!  Also, we didn't get paid until Friday b/c of 
that fiaso.  Instead the usual reason around there for not getting paid until 
late: No $$$ in the account. 

In my personal life, things are very nice.  Steve was wonderful this weekend; 
very lovey and sweet and *sigh* :)  He made dinner, which was very nice, and 
went to my cousin's BAsketball games with me.  It was a nice, calming weekend, 
which I needed. 

In my academic life, things have mellowed out as well.  I slammed together a 
final paper for Marketing, so that's out of my hair.  I'm just taking Internet 
Publishing II now, and I found out we're going to learn JavaScript and Flash 
4.0 as well as Cold Fusion this semester.  I'm hoping to maybe take PC Hardware 
maintenance this summer, 'cuz that's knowledge I feel I lack and it would be 
good to know.  Especially that I finally have a computer of my own, I'd like to 
be able to dismatle it, poke around, and not mess things up entirely!!   That's 
currently slated for the 2 weeks after I quit E.L., whenever THAT may be.
