Rate of the allowance

The running and maintenance allowance is paid annually in advance, and is equal to 26 times the rate of Recreation Transport Allowance, set out in item 1 of the Table in subsection 104 (1) of the Act, that applies at the date of payment of the allowance.Note:
Section 198D provides for indexation of the rate of Recreation Transport Allowance.
