Just outside reality, ironically, All's more real than it seems to be Out there, back where, People call the land Earth. There's no one pretending to love or to smile When all the while, there's just hate inside. Here I don't have to pretend that I'm happy when I'm sad, I'm relieved and so glad That I found this place Where I don't have to face The fakeness of reality.
There's no light for people to hide from So they all decide not to come. They stay on earth to commit their crimes against God and Man, Constantly driven by the devil's evil hand. They stay, and mask their faces with deceit and lies All the while I smile, Cause I'm just outside outside reality.
Outside reality, I see black, red, gold and faint mists of gray Earth, wind and fire; no night, no day. I'd like to live out here forever With maybe, my pet fish for company. Unfortunately, I can only visit. For as much as I hate it. The Earth is my destiny And I know it's my duty to me, To unveil life's mystery. To try to succeed; try to know love, peace, joy
I must leave you land unreal, And the pleasures you unfurl. I go, clasping regret and hope - the thorn and comfort to my soul. I leave you land unreal, your strange beautyuncanny hold To fulfill my obligation - to try my luck in the real world. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Poetry Contents home contact me
