My friend and I will stay at her parents house for a week, after which time we will leave them with the kid (hers) and go on our road trip. We'll spend two weeks driving around the New England states, aiming to get all the way to the top of Maine - probably Calais. I've always wanted to go to Bangor.

We want to spend three or four days in NYC en route. Once we're back, I'm then catching the train up to Canada. I have a friend who lives in London, Ontario. I'll stay there for the last week of my trip.

Hey where did Tuesday go?

Home at last! This leg of the journey I'll do by myself. Haven't travelled alone on such a long, broken journey before. I get afraid or apprehensive of so many steps, so many things to remember, organise. So easy to get muddled, lost, vague about specifics. I'll need to memorise my itinerary so that I don't get confused by the 24hr time en route.
