DR. PHOEBE DAUZ WILLIAMS Dr. Phoebe Dauz Williams was the keynote speaker at the First International Nursing Research Congress held in Manila, April 15, 1998. She was a co-author of the 1st. & 2nd. editions of the "Textbook of Nursing Fundamentals". The book deals with Filipino patients, their values and traditions.
