| Shannon S. Saliard Vice Chair Shannon Saliard, a Baltimore native, received her B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Morgan State University in December 2000. Sher worked at Alcoa for 2 years in the Industrial Engineering Development Program during which time she was the Industrial Engineer for the Davenport, Iowa, Lancaster, PA and San Antonio, TX facilities. Continuing her experiences at Alcoa, Ms. Saliard is currently the Process Engineer in Frederick, MD where her responsibilities include Training & Quality Systems Management. |
