Registration/Accommodation
This will be one of the larger committees and will
probably be divided into subcommittees as soon as people sign up. This group
is responsible for creating a registration form, researching accommodation
options for those coming from out-of-town, maps and directions to event
sites, keeping a record of attendees and reporting this information to webmasters. |

Finance
This committee is responsible for collecting registration
dues, paying event expenses, reimbursements, bookkeeping, etc., in addition
to submitting a financial report about all transactions related to event.
This committee will be a permanent one for the alumni association.

Directory
This committee is responsible for designing and creating
an alumnae directory to be distributed during 10th anniversary weekend.
We thought of compiling this information for everyone since personal information

Exhibits/Showcase
This committee is responsible for organizing and setting
up displays that will be exhibited during the weekend (e.g. family trees,
chapter photo collages (current and past), pledge projects, etc.)
The ideal committee would have members from all chapters and eras. |
