Nicky and Jeff would like to announce the birth of their second child.   Born on the 11th February, 1999 at 9.30 am; Boaz Amichai Spitzer is (as you can see from the pictures) a beautiful baby boy.   The families all hope he will give his mother and father all the blessings and joy that their first child "Yael" has given them and all of us.   Mazel Tov to them both.
