During Summer '99, Gareth Bradbury and I spent 2 weeks traveling to Morocco by train from Scotland. We ended up treking in the High Atlas Mountains, but along the way we visited Monte-Carlo, Monaco, Nice, Barcelona, Madrid, Tangiers, Marrakesh, Gibraltar, and Paris!

We stayed in a Youth Hostel in Asni, a small village high in the Atlas Mountains, but only 2 hours bus ride from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. The sun shone, the earth baked, and so did we as we ventured out on our first African trek.
