1/2 c margarine
2/3 c dark brown sugar
2-3/4 c whole wheat flour
1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t cinnamon
Cream butter and sugar well. Mix remaining ingredients and add to creamed mixture, alternately with 1/2 cup water. Mix well. (I used 2/3 c honey instead of brown sugar and added no water) Let stand 30 minutes. Roll on floured board to 1/8" thickness. Cut into 1" squares and put on oiled cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
