1 pkg. Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding mix (dry)
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
3 eggs
1 cup gingerale
Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a 9x13" pan.
FROSTING
12 ounce container Cool Whip
Add 1 pkg pistachio instant pudding. Beat until thick and fluffy. Spread on cooled cake. May sprinkle on coconut, nuts or chopped maraschino cherries. Refrigerate.
