3 c cooked sweet potatoes
1 c sugar
1 stick margarine
1 T vanilla
2 eggs
Topping:
1 c light brown Sugar
1/3 c flour
1/3 c margarine
1 c chopped nuts
Beat mashed cooked sweet potatoes, sugar, softened margarine, vanilla
and eggs together. Place in greased casserole. Mix topping ingredients
with fingers. Sprinkle over sweet Potatoes. Bake in preheated 350 degree
oven for 1 hour. Bake in 8-1/2" square pyrex dish.
