1 c shortening
3 t baking powder
2 c sugar
1 t salt
3 well beaten eggs
1/2 t soda
1 t vanilla
1-1/2 c broken nuts
1 c sour cream
3 T sugar
5 c flour
1 t cinnamon

Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs, vanilla and sour cream; mix well. Sift flour with baking powder, salt and soda; add to creamed mixture. Add nuts. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Grease bottom of small glass; dip into mixed sugar and cinnamon; press cookie flat. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 6 doz.
