1 C Sugar
1/2 c water
2 c raw peanuts with skins

Dissolve sugar in water in saucepan over medium heat. Add peanuts and cook, stirring frequently. Cook until peanut is completely Sugared. Pour and spread over ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes stirring at 5 minute intervals.
