SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

    Remove crusts from 6 slices bread, butter and place in greased
    9"x12" casserole. Add 1 lb browned sausage 1-1/3 c grated
    cheese. Beat together 5 eggs, 1/2 t dry mustard, 1 t salt, 1 can
    evaporated milk and enough water to make 2 cups. Pour over bread
    mixture. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees
