RHUBARB CREAM PIE
 

1-1/2 C sugar
2 eggs, beaten
5 T flour
1/2 t nutmeg
3 C raw rhubarb, Cut in small piecer,
1 T butter, melted
1 unbaked pastry shell

Spread rhubarb evenly over bottom of pastry shell. Blend together sugar, flour and nutmeg, stir into butter and beaten eggs. Pour mixture over rhubarb; bake in 350 degree oven for- 40 minutes. Serve warm.
