1 lb. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 cup broken pecans
1 pt. whipping cream or 2 pkg. Dream Whip or 1 qt Cool Whip
1 stick margarine
1 lb. confectioners sugar
2 eggs
#1 layer - 1/2 vanilla wafers
#2 layer - cream oleo, sugar and beat in eggs until light
#3 layer - whip cream, fold in drained pineapple and nuts
#4 layer vanilla wafers
Place in 9X13" pan; cover with waxed paper. Keep in refrigerator for 2 or 3 days before serving. Will keep 2 or 3 weeks. 18 servings.
